Each of these workshops can be customized to your organization's needs for a half-day or longer.

Lead with Strengths

In order for a team to be successful it is important for each member to know their own strengths as well as those of their fellow team members. Identifying and then leveraging individual strengths helps employees and teams be more engaged, productive and successful. We’ll use the CliftonStrengths assessment to identify each team member’s top five strengths and determine where the greatest potential lies for everyone to gain a deeper understanding of each person’s natural tendencies and unique talents.

Have Difficult Conversations that are Productive

Engaging in healthy conflict is a necessary skill for productive interactions at all levels of the organization. Many executives and professionals are uncomfortable having difficult conversations that are necessary, even when they know it will lead to a better situation or relationship. These conversations do not have to be hard. Using a proven pre-conversation checklist model I have developed, professionals will learn how to master those difficult conversations, reach resolution and maintain effective relationships.

Creating and Building Trust Within a Team

Studies have shown that teams operate most effectively when a feeling of trust and safety is present. Using Patrick Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of a Team along with a set of my signature exercises, your team will engage in activities to help them understand what trust is and isn’t, how it feels to know you are trusted by your peers as well as leadership, and how to build and strengthen trust and cohesiveness within their own team.

The Effective Leader’s Communication Toolbox

Leaders who have strong communication skills are more effective and build stronger teams.  This interactive workshop teaches leaders how to sharpen their listening skills, ask quality questions to get the results they want and understand the power of acknowledgement and validation.

Building the Foundation for an Effective Team

A team without a framework and clear purpose is like a ship without a rudder. It is important that a team work together to establish their team’s charter – the vision, mission statement, key goals, success measures and working agreements  which help them function effectively and interdependently to achieve their goals. Through a series of team-focused exercises, we will work together to design the unique and specific requirements of your team and identify ways to ensure these agreements are met.
